You need to be a current DICK’S Sporting Goods employee in good standing, at least 18 years old, have links to your active and public social media accounts, and share a headshot. There is no minimum follower number to apply, though those with larger social followings are appreciated. You’ll also have the opportunity to share examples of content you’ve already created if you’d like.
Your participation in the program will last for 10 months (April 2024– January 2025). The time needed will vary, but you should have at least a couple of hours free each week for filming and editing content.
We’re looking for teammates who are passionate about style, sports, and social media who have time outside of their current position to create social content and possibly attend events and photoshoots.
Yes. Team members will be awarded paid contracts in addition to their current salary. Deliverables will be discussed upon acceptance into the program, but teammates will be asked to create a couple of deliverables each month.
Yes! You only need one to apply.
All Varsity Team members must be current DICK’S teammates. If you leave the company, your contract would terminate.
